I work with students from kindergarten all the way through high school, even adult learners, tailoring each lesson to their individual needs. My teaching philosophy is simple:

Every student learns differently, and my job is to find the way that works best for you.

I use the ‘I do, we do, you do’ model — first I teach it, then we practice together, and then you show me what you can do independently.”

From there, I create a targeted plan. If we’re working on math, we’ll do a mix of guided practice, real-life applications, and problem-solving games to keep it fun. For reading, we might blend comprehension exercises with vocabulary games and writing prompts.

And here’s my favorite part — I always end sessions on a win, so students walk away feeling encouraged, not overwhelmed.”
